The agreement-to-close operating system

Every transaction, supervised from signed agreement to close.

Coradot gives your brokerage one governed workspace for listing and purchase files: approved forms, signatures, deadlines and real broker oversight. Cora, its built-in assistant, works from your own forms and policies and tells you when something can't be verified.

The gap

A transaction lives in too many places.

Forms in one portal, signatures in another, deadlines in a spreadsheet, status in someone's inbox. Brokers are responsible for all of it, but often see it last.

Wrong or outdated forms
Agents pull a version from a desktop folder and nobody catches it until closing.
Missed signatures and dates
Contingency deadlines and missing initials surface late, when they're hardest to fix.
Oversight after the fact
Broker review happens once the file is already a problem, not while it can still be fixed.
Status nobody can trust
"Under contract" means whatever the last person typed, not what the documents show.
How it works

One Stream per side of the deal, from first signature to final record.

Each listing and each purchase gets its own Stream with a clear status, so everyone knows what's done, what's next and who needs to act.

01
Open the Stream
Start from a signed agreement. Coradot opens a Listing or Purchase Stream for it.
02
Use the right forms
Agents work from approved, current form versions for the property's jurisdiction.
03
Sign in one place
Coradot Signature routes documents to the right signers and keeps the executed copy.
04
Broker reviews
Brokers approve, flag or hold the file while it can still be fixed.
05
Close with a record
Every document, signature and decision stays attached to the file.
Who it's for

Built around how a brokerage actually works.

Oversight you can act on, not just look at.

See every active file across your agents, catch problems early and step in before they reach closing.

Approval gates
Require broker sign-off at the points you choose.
Form governance
Agents use the forms you approve. They can't edit broker-controlled forms.
Exceptions, explained
Every alert says what's wrong, why, and who needs to act.
Agent and license oversight
Manage seats, roles and access in one place.
Your role

Pick how you work with us.

Each pathway below shows the facts that actually apply to you, not one pitch for everyone.

    Integrity by design

Built for records that have to hold up.

Real estate files carry legal and financial weight. Coradot is designed so the record reflects what actually happened.

    Executed means final
Signed documents are locked. Corrections happen through a new document or amendment, never a silent swap.
    Every action attributable
Who did what, and when, is recorded in the file’s audit trail, and signed documents carry a tamper-evident completion certificate.
    Access by authority
Being logged in isn't enough. People see and sign only what their role allows.
An assistant that shows its source
Cora works from your approved forms and policies. When she can't verify something, she says so.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Is Coradot a CRM or an e-signature tool?

Neither on its own. Coradot runs the transaction itself, from signed agreement to close. Signatures are built in through Coradot Signature, so documents, signers and the executed copy stay with the file.

    Does Cora give legal advice?

No. Cora helps find missing items, surface deadlines and explain where a file stands. She works from your approved forms and policies, never changes a signed document, and tells you when she can't verify something.

    Can agents change our forms?

No. Brokers and form owners control which forms and versions are available. Agents can upload their own documents for signature, but an upload is never treated as an approved form.

    Who can see a transaction?

Only the people whose role gives them access, such as the agent, their broker and invited participants. Form owners manage forms but don't get access to private transaction files.

    How does onboarding work?

We set up your brokerage, approved forms, roles and review points with you, then bring agents on. We'll go through the details on your demo.
